Management
Our Lead Teachers have a variety of experience and backgrounds. Credentials range from Child Development Associate (CDA) to Undergraduate degrees in early childhood development and/or related fields. All are Maryland Credentialed. Teacher Assistants and Substitutes are an integral part of the teaching teams. Many have completed training in the early childhood/child care field. Our teachers include a number are college students pursuing degrees in education. Some assistants and substitutes meet Child Care Teacher qualifications. They may work in dual positions in our program. The Center hosts student interns from the local high schools, colleges and universities.

Lynda
With more than 45 years experience in the field, Lynda holds a M.A. Degree in Administration and Supervision from Trinity University and a B.S. degree in Early Childhood from Wheelock College. She is an adjunct faculty member with Prince Georges Community College - Education Department Division of Workforce Development/Continuing Education and is Maryland Child Care Credentialed.

With more than 30 years experience in the field, Griselda holds a B.S. degree in Family Science from the University of Maryland, AA Degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Montgomery College and is Maryland Child Care Credentialed.
Office Manager
Sindi
Sindi has worked 18+ years in varied positions with our program, including as lead teacher of the Toddlers/2's and 3/4's classes. Sindi holds a BS degree in General Business from the University of Maryland and is Maryland Child Care Credentialed.
