SSPC CC is a Maryland State Department of Education - Office of Child Care  (MSDE/OCC) licensed and accredited early childhood program. We also hold a MCDHHS Private Educational Institute license.

The Infants I & II Classes and Mobile Infants I & II enrollment is six children per classroom with two teachers in each room.

Our Toddler's/Two's Room allows for a maximum enrollment of nine children with three teachers

2/3's Transition Room allows for a maximum enrollment of 17 children with three teachers.

Our  Preschool Unit (which is an MSDE approved Educational Program) has two classes, one for three/four year olds and one for four/five year olds. Each class room has an enrollment of up to 20 children and two teachers per class.

Our Preschool Unit offers a part day option with the hours of operation from 9am to 1:30pm

SPC CC’s current hours of operation are 7:30am - 6pm year round.  The Center is closed on the following federal holidays; New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Xmas Day. Additional fall/winter closings include the Friday after Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve and the day after Xmas. Closings also include a week in August for classroom set-up and staff in-service.

We provide meals for all our age groups. Formula, baby food, lunch and snacks.
